ASHIATSU
Ashiatsu is a massage technique where the therapist uses feet and body weight to glide across the muscle.In Japanese ashi means foot and atsu means pressure (foot pressure). This technique can range from very light pressure to very deep pressure, depending on the client’s wants/needs.
